Terms of Use 

By engaging with the content within the MoneyArmor Membership, located at www.moneyarmor.ing (the “Website”), you (the “User”) agree to certain conditions. These conditions include, but are not limited to:

1. The Website is wholly owned by MoneyArmor™ LLC (the “Company”), a company formed under the laws of the state of North Carolina. All legal disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of North Carolina, according to the statutes of that state.
2. The information contained on the Website is the property of the Company.
3. All information is provided for educational purposes only, not for the purpose of providing investment advice.
4. A user of the Website may cancel membership at any time, and agrees to the Terms of Use disclosed here. All payments are non-refundable. 
5. While every effort has been made to ensure 100% accuracy of information, from time to time there may be inaccuracies contained in the Website. There is no warranty for the User against these errors. The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for errors, omissions, misunderstandings, misrepresentations, and other information detrimental, both actual and perceived, to the User. The User agrees to the use of the Website at their own risk.
6. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Company and its agents, employees, owners and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss (investment, market, or otherwise), cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, made by any person arising out of a violation of this agreement. This indemnity applies to both actual and perceived costs, expenses and losses.
7. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Company and its agents, employees, owners and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss (investment, market, or otherwise), cost or expense, including attorney’s fees, made by any person arising out of their reliance on any information contained within the Website, or in any other communications from the Company, including email, telephone, in person or otherwise. 
8. If the User voluntarily provides information to the Company through the Website, the Company will have access to that information for the purpose of communicating with the User. See above, Privacy Policy.
9. The User agrees that a Website about finances is not a substitute for receiving advice from a financial professional, tailored to the User’s needs.
10. Our Website allows for comments from Users in certain sections. Users engaging with comments agree not to post obscene, vulgar or irrelevant content. The Company reserves the right to delete any comments posted anywhere on the Website for any reason.
